The main house features two spacious bedrooms, a large and welcoming living room, and a charming country-style kitchen, all opening out onto a generously sized terrace — ideal for relaxed indoor–outdoor living.
Recently, the owners have added a stunning new annexe suite, designed with floor-to-ceiling glass that frames wonderful views over the gardens and pool, creating a bright and peaceful retreat.
At the heart of the outdoor space is the impressive 15-metre swimming pool. The surrounding decking flows out onto manicured lawns bordered by hedges and dotted with tall palm trees, creating a truly tranquil holiday atmosphere. For al fresco dining, guests can enjoy the convenient barbecue area set to the side of the villa, as well as several furnished terraces that offer both sunny and shaded spots throughout the day.
For evenings out, a popular local restaurant is just a pleasant couple of minutes’ walk away, while a wide variety of excellent dining options can be found in nearby towns, all easily reached by car.
Located in peaceful countryside yet close to the sea, Villa Monica combines relaxation with exploration. Polignano a Mare, famous for its dramatic cliffs, charming historic centre, and excellent restaurants, is only a 10-minute drive away, along with the beautiful beaches of Lama Monachile, Ponte dei Lapilli, and Porto Cavallo. Also within easy reach are the lovely towns of Conversano (15 minutes) and Monopoli (20 minutes), both well worth a visit.
