Mobility Statement: Villa Mestressa is situated in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. Access to the villa involves a 200cm wide path with one step. The front door is 67cm wide, and there’s a kitchen door (68cm wide) providing access to the pool area. Paths to the pool area are 80cm wide, with uneven grounds and a few steps around terraced areas. There are 5 steps down to the pool. Inside, a ramp connects the kitchen to the lounge. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 92cm, while the widest bathroom door is 71cm.
