The villa is surrounded by countryside, with views to the distant hillsides and the Sant Salvador monastery. There is a sandy cove within a 15 minute walk from Can Veritat and the centre of Cala d’Or is about 5 minutes drive. Take a trek into the countryside and you can find some truly spectacular views whilst experiencing some fantastic walking in Majorca.
The palm tree lined driveway leads off from a quiet country lane to this superb Cala d’Or villa. The entrance is via the walled courtyard garden which offers a peaceful and private place for relaxation. The hallway leads into a large living/dining room which is most comfortably furnished in a rustic style yet with modern appliances. These include a Plasma TV ((News and International Channels), Playstation 2 (games are not provided) and Wi-fi access (please bring your own computer). The dining area is furnished with a solid oak table and sets of patio doors lead from here onto the poolside terrace.
The kitchen is well fitted and has a large fridge/freezer,dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and breakfast table. There is a cloakroom and laundry room with washing machine, on this level also. A double bedroom with en-suite shower room is on this level and has a side door onto an enclosed courtyard.
Stairs lead to the three remaining bedrooms. A master twin bedroom, with a modern en-suite shower room, has doors onto the upper terrace and those wonderful views – the perfect place to relax and unwind with your favourite book. Two further twin bedrooms, both having en-suite shower rooms, and one has a sun terrace overlooking the courtyard garden. The last bedroom also a twin; this bedroom does not have it is own bathroom (Guests must use the en-suite bathroom to the other bedrooms)
