Villa Ca Na Magda is a beautiful, modern style house set just a 15 minute walk into Puerto Pollensa with a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and mini markets and of course the wonderful sandy beach.
Nestled in the valley below the mountains that run from the Port de Pollensa to Cala San Vicente. It takes just a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of the resort, with its many bars and restaurants.
There are also a huge variety of activities on offer just minutes away including sailing, cycling and mountain walks.
The driveway (which can be gated off) leads to the terraces and lawns that surround the 10 x 4 metre pool.
You enter the villa through the covered terrace area. This is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the morning sun or share evening drinks together. The terrace can be fully opened or fully closed. It is lined with double glazed patio doors which also lead out to the pool and gardens. The decor compliments the house in terms of colour and tone. It is a wonderful additional family area, with dining for eight, rattan sofa seating and a music system.
Inside, off from the open plan well equipped kitchen/ lounge with Satellite Tv area are the four bedrooms each with shower room en-suite. There are two large, twin-bedded rooms, and two large double bedrooms all furnished in a modern style.
The comfortable villa is decorated throughout with cool and modern whites and grey with touches of vibrant colour that create an ambiance of style and trend.
This is somewhere special we highly recommended for a wonderful holiday be it a family or group of friends.
