As our local Greek friends explain, the word means much more than simply a stretch of shoreline; it represents the heart of traditional island life, where fishing boats come ashore, locals gather and seaside tavernas serve the freshest catch of the day. And that authentic, unhurried atmosphere is very much part of Yalos’ appeal.
Detached and arranged on a single level, Yalos comfortably accommodates a couple or small family. Its distinctive Ottoman-inspired roof and characterful wooden ceilings lend the villa a charming traditional feel, while beautiful blue sea views provide a wonderful backdrop from both bedrooms and the inviting lounge. There’s an appealing sense of old-school Greek simplicity throughout, thoughtfully complemented by modern comforts including air-conditioned bedrooms and a Smart TV. Outside, a hammock offers the perfect spot to while away a lazy afternoon, although the temptation of the beach just moments away may prove difficult to resist. Beach sunbeds are also included with our compliments, making those sun-soaked days beside the water all the more effortless.
