To your left is a fully equipped kitchen with a central island and bar stools—perfect for morning coffee or casual meals. The kitchen flows into a hand-crafted wooden dining area that seats up to 10 guests, and a large, comfortable lounge where you can unwind in style.
Floor-to-ceiling glass doors line the back of the living area, opening straight onto the outdoor space and pool. These wide glass panels fill the villa with natural light and create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience—the true essence of summer in Greece.

The infinity pool stretches across the entire front of the villa, offering breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. It is impressively 27 meters long, making it one of the longest swimming pools of the Island. It’s the heart of the property, inviting you to relax, swim, and soak up the sun all day long.
Life outdoors here is all about comfort and connection. As the evening approaches, enjoy a traditional Greek BBQ prepared by our private in-villa chef (upon request). Dine alfresco by the pool with views overlooking Sivota Bay, watching the yachts gently settle into the marina below.
