Villa Punto is a modern, fully equipped villa with large and expansive windows. The villa is perched atop a beautiful Italian hill in an ancient olive grove, with panoramic views overlooking the Valle d’Itra countryside with Ostuni, Martina Franca, Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica within easy driving distance. The magical gardens that Villa Punto sits in spans five acres and is home to more than 120 rich centennial olive trees which produce high quality Italian extra virgin olive oil that is available for guests to use.
This contemporary, artfully designed villa has three large en suite bedrooms, two of which contain double beds and one having a snug set of twins. The master bedroom also contains its own personal walk-in wardrobe. The villa has air conditioning in all three bedrooms for those travelling in summer, and underfloor warm heating panels for those looking for a holiday in colder months. Inside is a large, open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, creating a spacious atmosphere, with wide sliding window doors perfectly interconnecting the inside and outside, giving the villa a more natural feel.
Villa Punto’s secluded, quiet and majestic garden grounds are also equipped with a special outdoor kitchen, barbeque and dining area under a shaded pergola for lazy meals outside, as well as a unique infinity pool for you to relax beside as you spend lovely homecooked meals under the sun or stars. The infinity pool is lined with a row of classic white sun beds on a white stone deck, and with its stunning sunset views over glossy green surroundings and tucked away towns, you will never want to leave Villa Punto.
Arrival from 1600hrs. Departure by 1000hrs. Please note that for late arrivals/departures after 2000hrs and before 2230 there is a late arrival fee of Euro 50. For late arrivals/departures after 22.30 and before 0800 hrs, there is an additional charge of Euro 80
