Villa Marques de Comillas is a beautiful, modern style house set just 60 mtrs to the beach in Cala Dor with a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and mini markets from 150 mtrs – the perfect family home.
The homely villa can accommodate up to eight guests across four spacious bedrooms. On the ground floor the main living accommodation comprises a stylish living room with direct access to the terrace, a light and airy dining room and a large kitchen with further seating and a central island with breakfast stools. Also on this level are the first of the ensuite bedrooms with access to the garden.
Upstairs, on the first floor are three more ensuite bedrooms including the wonderfully spacious Master Bedroom, complete with a dressing area, a whirlpool bath and access to a huge terrace overlooking the pool.
The exterior of the villa is probably where you will spend most of your time, taking advantage of the wonderful Mediterranean climate. The private pool is the perfect place to cool down after a long day of exploring the sights of Majorca and is designed for young children with a gated off shallow area. Should you wish to take a break from barbecuing, guests will find a wide array of restaurants catering for all culinary tastes in the cosmopolitan resort of Cala d’Or. There are also an array of bars, shops and markets, along with three lovely beaches to choose from.
