Mobility Statement

There are 5 steps into the villa with a 96cm wide path also. The front door has a width of 82cm along with other doors to access the pool area which are the lounge doors which are 60cm and the kitchen doors which are 80cm. the garden area is flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. From the villa to terrace to pool there are very minor steps. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 76cm wide and the width of the widest bath/shower room door on the ground floor is 72cm. the door width into the kitchen area is 80cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 140cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us
