Villa Marina Skala is a beautiful modern villa not far from the centre of Skala, one of the most beautiful beach resorts on the South East of Kefalonia. Offering total privacy and tranquility, Villa Marina Skala can satisfy the most demanding guests and offer unforgettable memories. The villa also has private gated access to the sea, head down a flight of stairs from the pool, where there is a wooden deck and stairs directly into the cove below.
The ground floor consists of a spacious living room, dining area for 8 guests and a fully equipped open kitchen including some cupboard essentials on your arrival! On this same floor there is a double bedroom with doors to the pool area, and a well equipped shower room. On the upper level in the main house there is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a private veranda with amazing views to both the sea and the pool area.
The separate guest house is located a few metres from the main property and consists of a studio with double bed, which has an elevating mechanism to help admire the breathtaking view to the pool area and the sea beyond while reading, relaxing or working on your laptop. There is also an open kitchen with a pull out table and a shower room.
Outside Villa Marina Skala offers a decked terrace with a dining area, shaded by an opening pergola, sunbeds, and a private pool with amazing sea views.
The town of Skala is a short drive away and offers nightlife, services, beaches and restaurants, yet Villa Marina Skala is still far enough away to enjoy complete privacy, peace and serenity, ideal for relaxing holidays.
