Villa Kanoni is a beautiful, modern style house is positioned just a short walk from Kassiopi harbour so in an ideal location to explore the scrumptious tavernas, cafes, bars and mini markets on offer – yet being in a peaceful location with beautiful sea vistas – the ideal family villa!
Beautiful Bataria beach is a short walk away, while nearby shops and a number of fantastic restaurants are less than 500m away in the village. Decorated in a modern and minimalist style using soft earthy tones throughout, the house itself is beautifully designed, with floor to ceiling windows welcoming the outdoors in. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads to the spacious dining room, through to the living room furnished with a plush cream corner sofa and large smart TV – though we prefer gazing out to sea.
Stepping out onto the terrace, guests will see where Callista comes into its own; the upper level terrace is home to a comfortable seating area with a fantastic view, and a covered dining area with an outdoor kitchen and a built-in barbecue – dine as they do in Greece with long family lunches leading into al fresco evenings.
The lower level terrace features a beautiful private pool, which can be heated (additional cost) in the summer. Across three floors there are four double bedrooms (two can be made up as twins), which are all en suite – though we recommend the attic room most suitable for children. Concierge service and breakfast service are both included at this villa for an added touch of luxury.
