Villa Helonaki is a beautiful four bedroom house positioned in a quiet area of Kassiopi yet within a five minute stroll to the start of the village with her scrumptious tavernas, artisan stores and bars to choose from.
The house has recently been renovated to a contemporary and modern flair with a beautiful outside swimming pool surrounded by a spacious sun terrace and al fresco dining area – the perfect family retreat!
The villa has two floors. On the ground floor are two double rooms and a separate bathroom. The rooms have balcony doors which lead to the downstairs patio and built in wardrobes. The first floor consists of a large open plan living room, kitchen with island and dining area, all with a view of the pool and the sea in the distance. A set of stairs takes you to two further bedrooms – the master with luxurious ensuite shower room with Juliette balcony, separate dressing room and has sliding doors leading on to a private balcony. The second bedroom on this floor has an ensuite shower room and built in wardrobes. Sliding doors open onto a private terrace at the back of the house leading to the pool.
There is also a separate cloakroom with WC on this floor and on the ground level there is a very large utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, laundry airer and ironing board.
Note: the 9th guest will be on a rollway bed so more suitable for a child.
