This beautiful brand new (2025) villa sits on a hill above Pantazi beach near tiny Agios Dimitrios and the very attractive harbour village of Agios Nikolaos. The green foothills of the Taygetos mountains rise up behind, whilst the foreground is a glorious tapestry of silvery olive trees and red earth that runs down to the coast and the mesmerising blue of the Mediterranean. It’s a fantastic spot to sit and enjoy the view at any time of day, from the still of morning till the gold of sunset, when the lights begin to twinkle in the villages below and the moon rises over the sea.
Your holiday home-from-home is finished in lovely pale golden stone, traditional looking from the outside but beautifully contemporary on the inside. With all three bedrooms en suite, Villa Guri makes a very comfortable and versatile base, and the layout is exceptionally well suited to two or three couples, or perhaps a family with older children who appreciate having their own space. There’s a bedroom on each floor in the main villa, and a further self-contained, en-suite studio with its own kitchenette, living area and sea-facing balcony in separate adjacent building. A pristine infinity pool is the focal point that brings everything together, with comfy loungers for all, a shallow end for sunbathing and a Jacuzzi to add some bubbly fun to that breathtaking view.
With only one other villa nearby (set in its own walled garden, screened by tall cypress trees for privacy) this is a great base to just kick back and enjoy lazy sunny days and perhaps a barbecue or two, but when you feel like a change of scene then Pantazi beach with its small beach bar, café-restaurant and loungers for hire is a six-minute drive away, with the many tempting cafés and restaurants of Agios Nikolaos and Stoupa just a few minutes further.
