Situated on one side of a small valley, just above the beach, the splendid sea views can be enjoyed from the pool side and the bedroom balconies and Giorgio enjoys a modern, chic design with highly desirable furnishings throughout.
The main living, dining and kitchen open plan areas on the ground floor are spacious and comfortable, with a double king sized bedroom enjoying patio doors and a bathroom next door. On the first floor, another king size and a twin bedroom both enjoy patio doors leading onto balconies and an ensuite shower room.
Mounda Beach is famous as a long wide swathe of powdery fine sand, and in the spring, is home to the Caretta Caretta Turtle who lay their eggs on the beach every year. A protection order is in place to keep the beach unspoilt and quiet so it is is never crowded even in the height of summer.
The village of Ratzakli can be found within a few minutes’ drive, whilst the resort of Skala and it’s great selection of amenities can be found within a ten-minute drive. Peace and quiet with the beach a short walk and the livley village of Skala nearby makes it a great choice!
The villa is adjacent to Villa Costas so ideal for two families wishing to travel together but seeking independence.
