Villa Encis is set just 850 mtrs to a cluster of restaurants, cafes and mini markets with the old town of Pollesna a littel further on – a beautiful, cosy house set in a quiet loctaion.
Surrounded by mountain tops and greenery, this three-bed villa is great for up to six guests, looking to relax and unwind whilst enjoying magnificent mountain views. The terrace was our favourite part, as you’ll find reclining sun loungers, table tennis, and a covered outdoor alfresco area. This shaded spot comes complete with a rustic dining table, a brick-built BBQ, and twin basins for your alfresco meals. Enjoy local meats, cheeses, and fresh breads whilst bathing in the sunshine. Alternatively, the upper terrace offers more seating, creating a great spot for morning coffee as you plan your day ahead and admire your surroundings.
Inside, this ground-floor property has three bedrooms, all with beamed ceilings, red floor tiles, and ancestral furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen leads off the cosy living room, the ideal space for cooking up a stop indoors. There’s also a six-seater dining table, meaning you can enjoy dining together.
For fun-filled days out, the Old Towns of Pollensa and Alcudia are great for those looking to explore the local history. Alcudia, with its medieval walls, old churches, and cobbled backstreets is a must-see.
