Villa Can Bernardo is a beautiful house, set in the Lenaire area of Puerto Pollensa with a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and mini markets from a 15-minute stroll with the beach just 500 mtrs away – the perfect family villa.
Access to the villa is through the pedestrian gate, through mature lawned gardens. The gardens on two sides overlooked by shaded sun terraces which have been designed so that at least one of them catches the sun during each part of the day.
The house is entered via a spacious hall. The hall has a cloakroom with WC and sweeping staircase to a galleried landing. A most comfortably furnished lounge, which has a white suite, is on the right. An arch then leads you through to the formal dining room, which faces the rear of the villa and the swimming pool and gardens.
The well fitted kitchen runs the width of the house and has its own comfortable seating area, breakfast bar unit, dishwasher and microwave. A TV with News and International channels and DVD Player is located in this area. The adjacent pantry and laundry has a washing machine for your added convenience. Patio doors open out from the kitchen to a very large covered terrace, which runs the length of the villa. Here there is outside dining for eight and a brick built barbeque nearby for those meals al-fresco. This lovely area overlooks the pool and rear gardens so that children can be supervised at all times.
Upstairs you will find four air-conditioned bedrooms. These consist of two twin bedded rooms and a double bedroom which share the newly re-furbished family shower room. Finally the master double bedroom boasts its own shower room en-suite, which has also been recently refurbished.
Outside the villa offers lawned gardens, spacious well-furnished sun terraces and a delightful 9 metre swimming pool. The pool has Roman steps into a shallow end for children. Can Bernardo has the added benefit of a perfect location, close to all the amenities of Port de Pollensa and is a great choice for a family villa holiday in Majorca.
