Villa Aliki is in a perfect position overlooking the Ionian sea and on the edge of the headland separating the harbour from the beach – which you have a private path which will lead you down to the cove. The village center is just a few moments away too (100 mtrs) so perfect in every way!
The house is spread over three floors and has been very tastefully decorated in a modern and stylish way. As you enter the house you will firstly come into the open plan lounge and dining area with comfy sofas, satellite TV, DVD/CD player and very well equipped open plan style kitchen with all the “mod cons.” From the side terrace there is a separate suite which has a double bed and ensuite shower room with kitchen.
On the first floor you will find an office with a sitting area and two twin bedrooms one with a full ensuite bathroom and the other with an ensuite shower room; both rooms have their own private furnished terrace and stunning sea views so a great way to start the day! On the upper level you will find a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both again with ensuite bathrooms; both of these bedrooms share a large furnished terrace with views across the sea and the mainland beyond.
The outside area is quite spectacular as the pool (which is very large) is surrounded by a well tendered lawn with plenty of shrubbery and trees adding to your privacy and lots of natural shade. The sun terrace has loungers and umbrellas with a covered terrace, an al fresco eating area and BBQ to complete this beautiful residence. The cove below the villa can be reached by a private foot path from here too.
