Villa Aldena is in the beautiful village of Syvota – set just a short drive from the harbour with a wide selection of tavernas, cafes and bars.
Upon entering the villa on the ground level you will come into a fully equipped kitchen and spacious lounge area. From this central point you can access the entire villa. This space has large windows which drink in the sea views and fill it with ample natural sunlight. From here you have just to step outside the sliding glass doors to reach the outdoor pergola, pool and barbecue area with an outdoor dining setting.
Returning to the entrance, you can move down to the lower level via internal staircase to reach a hallway to the master double bedroom which contains a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. This room has the added convenience of a private outdoor balcony. On this floor you will also find a separate bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
Then, once again returning to the entrance on the ground level, you ascend to the upper level via internal staircase to reach two bedrooms. One of these is a double bedroom and the other is a twin. The bedrooms each have their own private balcony perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or watching a spectacular Ionian sunset. Also on this level is a family bathroom. For the convenience of both of the bedrooms.
The outdoor area is spacious enough for a large party of adults and children, who will find that every corner piques their interest. Whether you’re enjoying yourself in the pergola, pool, barbecue or outdoor dining area, each one offers its own unique angle from which to admire the stunning vistas.
The outdoor barbecue and dining area come fully equipped UTENSILS cook and enjoy a fine meal. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after taking a dip in the pool.
