Villa Archilleas is perched on the edge of Neo Hori village with a cluster of tavernas and a mini market just a 10 minute stroll away, the house is stone-built in traditional style, and, approaching from the rear, you get little impression of the treat that awaits. Once inside however, you’re welcomed into an elegant, spacious and superbly finished home, packed with everything you could possibly need for a very indulgent stay.
The villa has four bedrooms and a large open plan living area, but feels cosy despite the generous space. Warm, natural colours and a beamed ceiling lend the inviting atmosphere of a mountain retreat, yet the matchless blue of the Aegean glitters just a couple of kilometres below. You can enjoy this glorious 180° panorama over Beaufort hill, the coast and the distant outline of southern Messinia across the bay from the villa’s split-level terraces, whether you’re grilling on the barbecue or lounging by the pool. The sandy beach and restaurants of Stoupa are temptingly close, but it’s well worth getting home in time to see the sunset at least once from this fantastic, elevated spot.
With its rich mix of beaches and history, the area is ideal for adult groups, a multi-generation party or families with older children, who might also enjoy the fact that the lower level at Villa Achilleas is an entirely self-contained two-bedroom annexe.
Regardless of your party, this is a luxurious home-from-home nestled between the mountains and the sea, giving you easy access to the best that the Mani has to offer, or just a great excuse to relax and do not very much at all.
As from 1st April 2024, the Greek Envriomental tax will be paid for locally, in cash at 15E, per villa oer day.
