The area that the villa is situated in is hilly area and to access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide, leading to the front door which is 80cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are both 90cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 100cm wide, the path around the pool is 100cm wide, the outside grounds are flat. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom doors and bathroom doors are all 80cm wide. There are 16 steps leading to the first floor. The first floor bedroom doors and bathroom doors are all 80cm wide, the bathroom is a shower type.
