Villa Skala View, named after the small, authentic village of Skala which is situated below the property, enjoys endless countryside and sea views as well as a prime location within a short walk to shops and restaurants in the village.
The swimming pool and terraces are at the heart of the villa, with a barbecue for al fresco cooking and sunloungers for relaxing and enjoying a good book.
Inside, the ground floor layout is open plan with the kitchen, living and dining areas connected to the outside by patio doors, and a double bedroom and separate bathroom. Upstairs the 2 bedrooms each have en suite bath/shower room and a private balcony boasting wonderful vistas of the sea and surrounding countryside.
The beach is splendid, sandy and over 4km long, there is a good variety of beachside tavernas and cafes running alongside it, and plenty of watersports to keep adults and children amused.
Skala is a colourful former fishing village that has gradually spread out up into the hills with a great variety of eateries and shops, and small café bars for playing backgammon and people-watching at its heart.
A lovely community spirit gives the place a friendly vibe and the whole southern Kefalonian coastline has coves and bays aplenty to discover.
