Villa Can Pericas is in an amazing location, close to the main area of Puerto Pollensa as well as the Old Town of Pollensa. The glorious 10 minute drive to Puerto Pollensa follows the easy accessible road, with sea views all along the way.
Step inside to your Mallorcan villa and and see the beech wood beams and white washed walls. These give this property a light and airy feel. The comfortably furnished lounge/dining room offers a TV, DVD Player and patio doors open out onto the front terrace. The kitchen is fitted with the latest modern units and comes complete with dishwasher and washing machine. An inner hall leads to the two pretty air-conditioned twin bedrooms and the first of the villa’s full bathrooms.
