This beautiful property is reached by a steep driveway from the edge of the harbour, never fear – the owner of Athina has thoughtfully provided a path from the villa down to a gate which leads onto the coastal footpath, giving very easy access to the small beaches below Athina and the harbour itself. Athina stands proudly in large lawned gardens, looking east across to the mountains of Albania and south to Avlaki beach.

The glorious gated pool is placed to grab the sun, and offer the full glory of these wonderful views whilst being very private. The villas impossibly spacious main living areas being on the upper ground floor are designed to allow large parties to “spread” out to enjoy the endless balconies and terraces, all featuring panoramic sea views.

Inside, the villa is spread over three floors with the main open plan living area on the first floor featuring large glass doors to make the most of the sea views. The décor throughout mixes modern and classic in a complimentary way, giving an overall feeling of opulence and comfort. Outside, a generous lawn area borders the villa, and from here just a few steps take you up to the larger-than-average swimming pool which is gated; ideal for families with young children.
